Message	incident(rod blew) and it was salvaged from that damaged block and put in the one you have OR whatever happened occurred in the block you're looking at. If it did then there should be other signs of damage/repair - you should probably inspect the entire block with a bright light and measure the important stuff(cylinder hole widths, etc) with a digital caliper(on ebay for $30). good luck!
